EXTENDED STAY RATES:
Viva Nicaragua Guest House offers extended stay rates to guests who would like to stay for a week to several months. The prices dont include meals but guests are welcome to full use of the house, including the kitchen.

Prices: All services may be paid by cash or major credit card. Your credit card will be charged by VIVA Spanish School. No deposit is required to hold a room. All prices include local taxes. Students studying at Viva Spanish School should ask about discounts offered.
