DISCOUNT EXTENDED STAY RATES:
Viva Nicaragua Guest House offers discounted extended stay rates to guests who would like to stay for a few weeks to a few months. The prices do not include meals but the guests always have full access to the kitchen. Just ask and we will provide extended stay prices. We have guests that stay as long as four months for business or just for extended vacations or missionary work.
Prices: All services may be paid by cash or major credit card. Your credit card will be charged by VIVA Spanish School. No deposit is required to hold a room. The only exception to this policy is during the following dates: December 15th through January5th and the week before and during Easter (semana Santa) there is a $50 deposit required to hold a room. This can be handled through the secure PayPal system. Students studying at Viva Spanish School should ask about discounts offered.
