Even if your first language isn’t English, sometimes its just nice to stay in a friendly place that feels like home. VIVA Nicaragua Hotel, a small guest House located on the outer edge of the city of Managua Nicaragua owned by the owner of VIVA Spanish School in Managua. Just 15 minutes from Managua but a world away, the property consists of about 1/3 acre with a swimming pool, four air-conditioned private rooms with bath, hot water showers, wireless internet, cable television, running/walking area and all of the comforts of a typical home in The States.

 VIVA HOTEL FRONT

After renting rooms to students that were studying at the school for a couple of years, we decided to open this very comfortable property to the public. An affordable option but with all of the comforts of a hotel, VIVA Nicaragua Hotel is located in the town of Ticuantepe, a suburb of Managua, also the home to the Chocoyero Nature Reserve. The property is surrounded by plantain trees and coconut trees. Volcan Masaya is just a ten-minute drive from the Guest House. One of the safest areas in Nicaragua, Ticuantepe is friendly and guests walk around at anytime, day or night without safety concerns. A world away from Managua, but a short microbus or taxi trip to downtoan Managua and some of the best nitelife around! It is one of a kind in its price range.

Located just off of Caraterra Masaya (Km 14), we are located just 15 minutes from Metrocentro Shopping mall in Managua, 15 minutes from Masaya and about 30 minutes from Granada. Micro-buses pass by the house all day and are a cheap and safe form of transportation in Nicaragua. Taxis are also available and we have secure parking if you rent a car.
